Upside Down, Fully Wrapped in Love

Upside down, a different view than ever before. But even though the mountains be shaken, and the earth gives way, nothing can separate me from Your love. Goodness and mercy follow me all the days of my life. I cannot outrun them. I cannot hide from them. They follow me as a declaration of promise from my King. I rejoice in them as they surround me in vibrant colors and show themselves in the midst of the storm. Sunlight always seems to pierce through the darkness and give me hope for the future. So even though the world is turned upside down, I turn along with it. I will do my best to gain new perspectives on things my God is shaking. I won’t let myself lose sight of His promises. I’ll write them on my doorposts. I’ll fill my home with the truth of His Word and when I feel my heart beginning to crumble, I will run into the arms of my Father and listen to His promises. I’ll look for goodness and mercy. I will rejoice in learning childlike faith. I won’t let my heart be burdened with the heaviness that comes with fear. My life is found in everlasting arms and the promises He sings over me are good, because of who He is I have no need to fear. Joy has come to me in a different view – upside down and fully wrapped in love.
